THE COURSE
Additional 9 holes opened January 2007.
Built in 1999 with Bermuda 419 grass fairways, the course has challenges for every level of golfer. The course can be easily walked with each hole revealing a different layout. Lined with many giant cacti, date palm trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus and other trees, flowering shrubs and bushes, the course is superb. Whether the hole has some gentle slopes, some rocky coves, some water or is a long flatter par 5, the course is always fascinating and calls for accurate ball placement. The 16th rocky cove par 3, presents a wonderful view of the clubhouse in the distance with its elegant stone terrace which beckons the golfer for well deserved sunset cocktails. The club has a floodlit driving range, English speaking caddies and a resident PGA professional, on hand to meet any of your golf tuition needs (see PACKAGES section). The locker rooms also provide a small gym, Jacuzzi and sauna and massage is available. Many other facilities are available at the JW Marriott Hotel (see the main HOTEL section)

THE COURSE
Additional 9 holes par 35 practice course measures 2985 yards
With tif-way grass fairways and greens, clusters of palm trees and rolling contours, the course is littered with ornate water features and winds a hilly scenic route against a backdrop of colourful Egyptian villas. The tee box of the signature 15th par 5 hole provides the highest point on the course and the enjoyable challenge of placing the drive 50 yards below sufficiently to the right to avoid water and give a good line for the second shot uphill towards the green. Opened in 1997, this deluxe complex has an American style clubhouse with pool, Breeze restaurant and many other recreational and leisure facilities (see web site for details)
THE COURSE
This course has an elevated open breezy aspect, peppered with bunkers and water hazards; it is a challenge without intimidation. Wide open fairways provide an easier game for all golfers. Golf City aims to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The clubhouse has a pleasant outdoor terrace and pool where food and drinks are served. The changing rooms also have a sauna and massage is available.

THE COURSE
A newly opened additional 9 holes is a 3532 yard par 36 very interesting and challenging course
This large 27 hole golf complex adjoins a Hilton Hotel with many bars/restaurants and a tennis academy. Dreamland is an extremely well maintained course with an open aspect. Cooler breezes come off the desert where the pyramids can be viewed from the course. Narrow fairways wind around grassy mounds and lakes contrasting against golden desert sand. This course offers a unique and enjoyable golfing experience.
THE COURSE
Built by the British Army in 1889, this is one of the oldest and most mature golf courses in Egypt. From every corner the course is overlooked by pyramids which means this could be one of your most memorable ever games of golf. The clubhouse was King Farouk’s lodge, now run by the Oberoi group with the main Mena House Hotel just across the road from the golf club. The clubhouse which serves snacks and drinks has a terrace overlooked by Khufu’s pyramid and enjoys a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
THE COURSE
In use from 1895 this was Egypt’s first golf course. Located in the heart of Cairo, this golf club is part of the huge Gezira Club complex. Cairo’s quietly dignified club is frequented by its many wealthy retired Egyptian members. The club has an old colonial atmosphere and is a relaxing oasis remote from the city stresses.
THE COURSE
Although outside Cairo, this course is quicker and easier to reach than some of the Cairo courses. It is situated at the end of a very fast new road, on the beautiful Red Sea coast. Very quiet at present, all 18 holes were opened in 2006 and are in excellent condition. Very friendly, relaxed and altogether well set up, there are practice greens and a driving range over water with floating range balls. The course is relatively flat and has wider fairways and less hazards so an easier game to enjoy here. The links course benefits from all the advantages of fresh clean sea air breezes and mountain backdrop scenery. Opened in March 2006 there is the superbly elegant Golf Hotel at the course which provides the golf terrace bar, very good restaurant and indoor bar. Nearby the Stella Di Mare Hotel has the beach and a Thalasso Spa for non-golfers. Highly recommended as a break from the city for a thoroughly enjoyable day of golf by the sea.
