The Executive 7th floor has its own lounge which serves complimentary breakfast, light snacks and refreshments all day and has an evening happy hour. Executive Chef from Hong Kong, Mr. Tse Yuen Man, the already
excellent hotel restaurants are continuously improving their menus.
Amongst the main restaurants of the hotel are Cucina –
providing Italian lunch and dinner with passion from Chef Giovanni;
the Ahlein bringing cuisine from the Middle East, as well as
a sheesha and traditional coffee bar after 7pm. Here there is
traditional entertainment on weekend nights including a belly-dancer
and local musicians. The JW Steakhouse serves US beef for
dinner. Next door is the Havana cigar bar for diners from the
Steakhouse to enjoy fine cigars and aged whiskies. The Mirage
Café is the hotel coffee shop which, along with the View
bar beside it, is open 24 hours. Other bars are the refined oak
paneled Churchill Lounge, the Zerzara late night
trendy music lounge and the Cactus bar at the golf Clubhouse
